Welcome to Zombies are Coming: the self-supprted 24hr 180km run from Amsterdam → Groningen
Key information:Self-supported: you carry all required equipment yourself, according to the kit list on the website
Rolling cutoff: a virtual zombie position moves from the start at 7.5 km/h towards Groningen. Anyone falling behind the position will be given a Did Not Finish (DNF) status in the results.
Format: No race format, we are all running for our own enjoyment, there are no prizes or ranking.
Water: Public water taps are marked along the route; food and other supplies are your own responsibility
Personal dashboard: until 11 September 2026 you can transfer or resell your registration via the link on the website. No refund is possible in case of cancellation by the participant
Navigation: The full route in GPX format will be sent to you in the week before the start
