Preface

On Saturday 6th of February the fifth edition of this ultra event will take place in the city of Amersfoort. Amersfoort is situated in the middle of the Netherlands.What, when, where, who?

What: 100 Miles & 100 Kilometers & ½ 100 Kilometers (= 50 Kilometers)

When 100 Miles: The start is on Saturday 6th of February 2027 at 8:30 AM for the 100 Miles . You can finish until Sunday 7th of February 2027 6:30 AM. So, the maximum time to complete the 100 Miles is 22 hours.

When 100 Kilometers: The start is on Saturday 6th of February 2027 at 10:30 AM for the 100 Kilometers . You can finish until Sunday 7th of February 2027 6:30 AM. So, the maximum time to complete the 100 Kilometers is 20 hours.

When 1/2 100 Kilometers (=50 Kilometers): The start is on Saturday 6th of February 2027 at 14:30 AM for the ½ 100 Kilometers . You can finish until Sunday 7th of February 6:30 AM. So, the maximum time to complete the 50 Kilometers is 16 hours.

Persista in these terms and conditions is called the “Event Organizers".

I agree to the terms and conditions of the HoHo100 2027.
* All participants must be above 18 years of age.
* Cancellation with refund of the registration fee minus a € 5 administration fee is possible until Sunday, January 3, 2027. After that, no refunds will be possible.
* You agree that the results will be published at different websites like DUV Statistik and IAU. You also agree that all results including yours can be followed online during the HoHo100.
* You are responsible for ensuring that you have taken your own medical advice, and that you are medical fit and healthy and have undertaken appropriate training and preparation to participate in the HoHo100.
* You are responsible for taking out suitable personal insurance cover for your participation in the HoHo100.
* You must abide by any rules or regulations of the HoHo100 that may be notified to you by the Event Organisers or the venue owners at any point leading up to or at the event.
* You must show respect and courtesy towards other participants and spectators. If you behave in any manner which is, in the Event Organisers opinion, poor sportsmanship or a risk to the safety of any other participant, spectators or anyone else in attendance at the event this may result in you being disqualified from the HoHo100 and removed from the venues. Without any right to a refund.
* You are responsible for the safe keeping of your own personal possessions and those of any spectators you may bring to the HoHo100. Personal possessions left unattended at the venue in any facilities provided or otherwise are left entirely at your own risk.
* The Event Organizers are not responsible for any third-party organisations that may be provide other services at the HoHo100. You use any such services at your own risk.
* You agree to photographs and video being taken at the event and that any images of you may be used by the Event Organisers in any media regarding the event and to market and advertise the event or any other similar events.
* By registering you are agreeing to any data provided being used by the Event Organisers to contact you regarding other events.
